Scope of work: complete restoration of the building, interior and exterior finishes, landscaping and decoration.
The estate was a 19th century hunting pavilion, that remained abandoned for several years till the clients purchased it as a summer retreat. With damaged painted walls from humidity the whole building was restored to what was suposed to look like when it was done in the 1800's.
Recently the estate also has become a winery, under the name of Celler Can Roda, D.O. L'Alella.
